Toh Kok Chung is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He obtained his Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting along with his ACCA qualification from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in 2013.  

Kok Chung began his professional journey with Peter Chong & Co. as an Audit Assistant and, through consistent performance and leadership, became the firm’s youngest Partner in 2020.  

Based in the Penang office, Kok Chung leads audit engagements for a wide range of private and public listed companies. In addition to his audit expertise, he is actively involved in business advisory services, including financial due diligence and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
